    • Returns are accepted on any product, except electronic products, that are returned within 30 days and packaged carefully for resale (no bent corners, marks, stickers, etc.). A full refund is available except for shipping and handling costs. We charge a restocking fee for the "When Mourning Dawns Guidebook" and "A Helper's Guide to Grief: Presenter's Kit."
